"Colour
Cosmetics in Estonia" is now available at Fast Market Research
Recently
published research from Euromonitor International, "Colour Cosmetics in
Estonia", is now available at Fast Market Research
[ClickPress, Fri Jun 27
2014] Colour cosmetics experienced relatively high growth in 2012 following
three years of volume and value declines. Consumer confidence is rising in
Estonia as increasing numbers of consumers have begun to purchase colour cosmetics
with an enthusiasm not seen since before the onset of the global economic
recession. In addition, many of the products categorised within colour
cosmetics in Estonia experienced unit price increases during 2012. In addition,
new and innovative products were introduced in the category during 2012
including BB (blemish balm) creams, but also CC (colour control) creams, which
have proved to be very attractive to high numbers of Estonians. In addition,
mineral-based cosmetics and products manufactured from natural ingredients have
begun to attract higher numbers of Estonian consumers.

Competitive Landscape
L’Oréal maintained the
leading position in colour cosmetics in Estonia in 2012 with a value share of
41%. This represents a one percentage point increase from the 40% recorded by
the company in 2011, which made L’Oréal the company to record the highest
growth in colour cosmetics during 2012. The company has been placing strong
emphasis on new product development in colour cosmetics in Estonia for some
time. For example, L’Oréal was the first beauty and personal care company in
Estonia to introduce BB creams and these were well received by many Estonian
women during 2012. In addition, according to the company’s Estonian sales
representative, L’Oréal is planning major new product developments for 2013 as
well. L’Oréal has also been one of the strongest advertisers in beauty and
personal care in Estonia for some time and makes full use of television, the
internet and the print media to promote its colour cosmetics brands and
products in the country.
Industry Prospects
Colour cosmetics in
Estonia is set to continue increasing in value over the forecast period, although
at a more moderate rate than the strong growth registered over the course of
2012. Constant new product launches in the category are likely to encourage
more Estonian women to purchase higher amounts of colour cosmetics as the
opportunity to maximise one’s beauty and youth is highly valued in Estonia.
Furthermore, colour cosmetics is unlikely to escape unit price increases during
the forecast period. New products which are marketed as being safer for
consumers and containing fewer potentially harmful synthetic ingredients is set
to be the major trend in the category over the forecast period as leading
manufacturers of colour cosmetics will seek to take full advantage of the rise
of the health and wellness trend in Estonia. Nevertheless, the unpredictable
global economic conditions and the limited number of women living in Estonia
are set to place natural limits on stronger growth on sales of colour cosmetics
in Estonia during the forecast period.

Enhanced Business
Process Management
Oracle BPM Suite 12c is
designed to deliver faster time-to-value when implementing new business
processes or enhancing existing ones for the enterprise and the cloud. Key
features include:
• Business Activity
Monitoring and Reporting: Oracle BPM Suite 12c’s Business Activity Monitoring
is tightly integrated with Oracle Oracle Business Intelligence tools and Oracle
Coherence. Business Activity Monitoring delivers rich analytics tools,
out-of-the-box process dashboards, out-of-the-box analysis tools, time-based
analysis, trend analysis on KPIs, and more, in order to help organizations
monitor real-time performance of processes, tasks, and people. With these
enhancements, and the embedded complex query processor, organizations can react
to KPI/SLA violations, identify emerging trends and risks, and intervene early
to prevent issues.
• Business Architecture
Modeling: With Oracle BPM Suite 12c, process modeling and simulation can begin
at the strategic level. Using the Business Process Composer feature of Oracle
BPM Suite, users can capture and catalogue their business processes from
beginning to end, including strategic elements such as goals, objectives, and
strategies, and link them to value chains and business processes that implement
them. As a result, measurements such as KPIs can be rolled back up to the goals
and objectives within the business architecture for faster reporting and
adjusting, as well as maximized ROI on optimization.
• Adaptive Case
Management: Oracle BPM Suite 12c integrates more closely with Oracle WebCenter
to provide better, more flexible case management solutions, which typically
involve the handling of critical business documents and files. As a result,
Adaptive Case Management helps organizations manage unstructured processes and
provides a richer experience to knowledge workers and consumers. Adaptive Case
Management is also integrated with Oracle R Enterprise, and helps users make
better-informed decisions to solve uncommon issues with high confidence.
• Oracle Process
Accelerators: Oracle is continually evolving and updating its Oracle Process
Accelerators, which are prebuilt, best-practice processes that help simplify
and accelerate time-to-value for customers’ BPM initiatives. Available for
horizontal and vertical process applications, the process accelerator artifacts
are easily configurable and reusable.
